9ct yellow gold green amethyst and diamond round pendant. Featuring a round green amethyst surrounded by round brilliant cut diamonds in a milgrain setting. Green amethyst: 1.90ct, diamonds: 0.43ct. It comes complete with an extendable 9ct yellow gold belcher chain and presented in our gift box.
